Focused coaching for experienced swimmers and goal-driven training

Train Wild is for swimmers who are already confident in open water and want to train with more purpose.

You might be preparing for an event, building endurance or looking to improve efficiency in the water. These sessions are designed to give you structure, clarity and progression, with coaching shaped around your goals.

We’ll focus on the areas that matter most to your swimming, whether that’s pacing, technique, stamina or how you move through the water over longer distances.

  • A pre-session guide to help you get the most from your training
  • A safety briefing before getting in the water
  • Coaching on technique, pacing and efficiency
  • Support with race preparation, strategy and kit setup

What you’ll need

  • Wetsuit
  • Tow float
  • Swim shoes or boots
  • Swim cap

Important to know

You should be able to swim at least 200 metres. If I haven’t swum with you before, we’ll do a gentle check in your first session to make sure you feel comfortable and safe.
